What is CM Cell?

                CM Cell is a website which created and maintained by the State Government where you can feed your Petitions or Grievances and you would get the reply from 20 days to 90 days time from them. 

How to give petitions / Grievances?

              Who ever wish to give their Grievances / Petitions, they have to register first with their details as below, 

Please note that without registration you can not feed your petitions in CM Cell.

  

   Below column needs to be filled and after successful registration; password would be generated automatically and User name is your registered Email ID,

     

Login with your E-mail ID and password then Click Lodge your Grievances Column and you feed your Grievances/Petitions, 

What kind of petitions can be given? 

            Petitions such as Basic Amenities (Street Lights, Roads, Water drainage, etc), General (Over bridges, RUB/ROB, common issues, etc), Awards, CM Public Relief fund, Police related, Flood Relief funds, Complaints, Pensions, Social matters/initiatives, Housing etc. 

Above are the Grievances Categories. you can choose the relevant category of your petitions and submit it for their review. 

How CM Cell Petitions Works?     

           When CM Cell received your petitions, it shows as 'Under Process'. After couple of days they would forward your petitions to respective District Collectors and relevant departments. Then respective departments may take necessary actions or they would give their comments to CM Cell. 

Once CM Cell received reply from respective department/Collector office then CM cell would give you  reply of same. You may get reply between 20 to 90 days 

All our petitions resolved ?

           All the petitions would get reply from CM Cell. But to be very frank, mostly they would reply as 'it is Accepted'. In very rare case they would say as 'Rejected'. But to resolve your petitions / Grievances they would take few months and some time they may take years too. It is purely depends on the officials involved. So we can not expect work will be done for sure in short time.

Keep Going!!

      We should keep on posting our petitions to CM Cell and it will be done in one day for sure. If every or most of the people are giving the petitions in regular interval then based on you and your set of people's voice our government must to do the needful. No other options for them to escape. Incidents like 'Marina Jallikattu' and 'Tuticorin Sterlite' we could get the results because big crowd of people assembled and raised their voice in one place for one issue. So it is happened. We have lot of issues to resolve like Hydro-carbon, Nutrino, Methane, etc. 

              We need to show our people's strength by being unity and we all people should start asking for our Basic Amenities/Rights. As you know, many people do not have Basic Amenities like street lights, proper roads, water, etc. Because they may not ask for or they might be asked occasionally without giving pressure. Few people cares about it but they won't take any steps to get it done. 

But some people do not know where to give compliant and all.
